Our Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulances are fully equipped and staffed by two highly trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT's). Xtreme Care Ambulance proudly provides ambulance service 7-days a week, 24-hours per day throughout all of San Diego County.

There are times when a patient in critical condition needs to be transferred from one facility to another. Critical patients require a higher level of transport service. specialized equipment with specially trained personnel.
Wheelchair transportation service solutions for non-ambulance transport needs. All Drivers are CPR/AED and First Aid Certified. Each driver is fully drug tested and must pass an extensive criminal background check prior to employment. In addition all wheelchair van drivers must be issued an identification license by the San Diego Sheriff Department.
